About
The inspiration for Frades comes from three brothers from Orani: Fabio (born in 1989), Roberto (born in 1991) and Valerio (born in 1997).
Born as a workshop with a kitchen, their goal is to rediscover and promote the social and cultural significance of workshops while showcasing the island's food and wine excellence in one of its most prestigious locations – Costa Smeralda. Frades also embodies the bond between siblings and the value of family. It symbolizes their connection to Sardinia and their love for its cultural, environmental, social and gastronomic heritage. They believe that their island has endless potential for development, which can be harnessed by utilizing the resourcefulness of young people.
