Their focus is on showcasing the best that their region has to offer, including fish from Lake Maggiore, Piedmontese meats, goat cheeses, and Varese honey. They also embrace global excellence when it comes to sourcing ingredients.
To enhance the flavors of their dishes, they use herbs from our own garden. When it comes to selecting wines and beers, they are passionate about supporting small producers while also celebrating renowned brands. Their culinary style combines both rationality and instinctive boldness. Additionally, music holds a special place in their hearts and is reflected in their cooking methods - a balance between the thoughtfulness of Leonard Cohen and the passion of Bruce Springsteen. Run by father and son Edoardo and Marco in the kitchen and Loredana in the dining room (known for her delectable desserts and bread), Alla Corte Lombarda was established in 1995 after renovating part of an ancient Lombard court.
