Housed in a beautifully renovated 18th century farmhouse, the establishment boasts a contemporary design. Its interior is comprised of five unique and intimate dining rooms, each with its own distinctive lighting and ambiance. Acclaimed chef Alessandro Proietti Refrigeri brings his wealth of culinary expertise to Lodi after years of working at renowned establishments such as Noma in Copenhagen and La Pergola Cavalieri Hilton. He is joined by pastry chef Giulia Seveso in their shared venture at La Coldana. With a philosophy that aligns perfectly with that of the restaurant, Chef Proietti seeks to elevate local ingredients while incorporating influences from his global experiences. This dedication to excellence is what ultimately earned La Coldana its coveted Michelin star in November 2023.
