This minimalist-style restaurant is located just outside the city in a converted bus depot.
In addition to using acidic and smoked ingredients and contrasting flavours, the chef creates his own style of cuisine using carefully selected produce. There are two tasting menus here, along with à la carte meals, as well as raw fish options.
