Led by Gianni and his son Cristian, the kitchen specializes in elevating the quality of its ingredients. Their menu changes with the seasons and features both land and sea delicacies. With over 500 labels in their cellar, they also offer tasting menus to complement each dish. Nives, Gianni's wife, warmly welcomes guests to the dining room and assists them in selecting their meal and wine choices.
