About
In 1946, three brothers, Claudio, Massimo, and Giuseppe, opened a bakery on the Corsarola in Città Alta.
Working together for years, each eventually decided to venture out on their own, utilizing their skills and artistry. Massimo remained in Città Alta while his brothers set up shop outside the historic center. Following Massimo's passing in 1985, his son Stefano took over the business with support from his wife Fiorenza. As a result, the bakery expanded beyond traditional bread to include pizzas, focaccias, various sweets, and the signature "Polenta e Osei" dish.
