Established in 1969, the Sensi pastry shop has been a beloved staple in Assisi.
Orlando and Stella, a married couple, started the business in a small laboratory located in the city's historic center. In 1986, F.lli Sensi S.n.c was formed when their sons took over and acquired a historic Caffè Pasticceria situated between Piazza Santa Chiara and Piazza del Comune, just above the birthplace of San Francesco. To this day, the brothers continue to passionately uphold and preserve the confectionery traditions of local delicacies passed down by their parents.
