Pasticceria jean paul was born in 1996 out of an attention for good handmade things. Nevertheless, the story begins much earlier.

It is the story of fifty years of experience slowly passed on. Art of fine pastry making as a material culture has its core at the core of this story. The only way it really works is by father to son and by generations.
