About
The Dolciamo Pasticceria, founded in November 2010 by Francesco and Martina, was born out of their shared love for experimenting with sweets.
Their passion for pastry-making may have come about unexpectedly - both Martina and Francesco came from different educational backgrounds - but it was during their Sunday cake-making sessions that they discovered their talent for creating increasingly intricate and challenging desserts.
This sparked their interest in further honing their skills, leading them to attend courses at a renowned pastry school in Italy and complete internships at various pastry shops. At the young ages of 20 and 22, they were given the opportunity to take over the esteemed Pasticceria Luppi.
From the very beginning, they made a promise to themselves: never settle for subpar ingredients. They believe that only with excellent raw materials can they ensure the utmost quality of their products.
