The Balestra family, owners of a renowned Italian ice cream parlor in Germany, decided back in 1965 to return to Venice with a wealth of experience.
They now manage the ancient Dal Mas Pasticceria, located in Lista di Spagna just a few steps from the railway station. Keeping with Venetian pastry traditions, they offer a variety of brioches every morning along with excellent coffee and other hot and cold drinks for a traditional Venetian breakfast. The management continues to uphold their passion for preserving the delicious treats of the past at Dal Mas Pasticceria. Recently, they have also opened a new chocolate shop adjacent to the pastry shop where customers can indulge in new delicacies or purchase as gifts for loved ones or special occasions.
