About
Turin's fake medieval village.
As part of Valentino Park, the Medieval Village is a faithful replica of a Piedmontese village from the 15th century. Alfredo D'Andrade, the Portuguese and medievalist eclectic architect who restored many castles and abbeys in Piedmont, a disciple of Viollet-le-Duc and Gino Coppedé, built it in 1882-84.
