About
The sole focus of this charming little museum is pasta.
Considering that the Italians have perfected the art of flour, water, and salt, it makes perfect sense that the world's only pasta museum is located in Rome. The Museo Nazionale della Pasta Alimentari was established in 1993 with the help of the Vincenzo Agnesi Foundation and used to be located in Piazza Scanderbeg. This is the only structure of its kind dedicated to all aspects of pasta: its history, evolution, production, and consumption.
