About
A hidden architectural remnant is this abandoned Brutalist treehouse.
Casa Sperimentale has been deteriorating in a coastal town near Rome since its creator passed away in 1995. Giuseppe Perugini, together with his wife Uga De Plaisant and son Raynaldo, conceived the striking geometric building as an experiment in living spaces in the late 1960s. It was constructed using a variety of shapes and building materials, offering an opportunity to prove the practicality of some of Perugini's ideas.
