About
Established in 1974 by the Italia Nostra association on land provided by the Municipality of Milan, Boscoincittà is now a popular 120-hectare park.
It encompasses a variety of landscapes, including woods, meadows, waterways, wetlands, and approximately 200 vegetable gardens tended to with great attention by citizens. Additionally, there is a pond, water garden, apiary, and orchard. The park is located on via Novara near the San Siro Stadium and falls within the large South Milan Agricultural Park boundary. Accessible by bus 80 public transportation, visitors will feel as though they have escaped the city and entered a natural environment meticulously planned for their enjoyment. Every day, the Italia Nostra Urban Forestry Centre staff and those looking to lend a helping hand work tirelessly to maintain this picturesque oasis.
