About
A little-known Neapolitan museum filled with preserved human remains.
The University Museum of Sciences and Arts has a variety of interesting historical and cultural treasures, but its anatomy section in particular is full of morbid curiosities, like human remains preserved in various substances. The museum was reopened to the public only in recent years, and has sections dedicated to “normal” anatomy- think the type of material you’d expect to find in a biology class- and another specifically for anatomic pathology.
