About
There are 22 paintings in this museum that show skeletons dressed in vibrant clothing.
In Brindisi, one of the largest ports in Southern Italy, monumental stairs lead from the waterfront to a small square with a column and remains. Brindisi's Roman Columns are unknown to us, and their origins and purpose are unknown. According to history, the columns were built at the end of either the Via Appia, a massive Roman road connecting the capital with Brindisi, or the Via Traiana, a later version.
