Piazza del Comune, the cornerstone of Assisi, narrates the city's history through its structures.
The North side features the Temple of Minerva and the Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo from 1282, while the South side boasts the completion of the Palazzo dei Priori in the late 1400s. In the center stands a striking circular fountain, surrounded by buildings such as the Central Post-Office Building built in 1926.
