About
Unexpectedly concealed thousands of feet above sea level is a fish fossil that dates back 30 million years.
There is a secret on the southern slopes of Monte Alpi that can be found in plain sight. The fossil of an enormous fish barely visible against a large, gray stone slab is hard to find, but an eagle eye will spot it. There is a strong possibility that the fossil is a Blue Marlin and is believed to be 30 million years old. The nearly eight-foot-long, three-foot-high fish was discovered in 1982.
