Founder Irene Chimenti launched Italy on a Budget tours, a tour company for young travellers aged 18-39 with the goal of offering quality, budget-friendly tours and activities in Italy without sacrificing comfort or convenience. After spending time as a guide for international travellers around Europe, Irene decided to bring her travel expertise back to her hometown of Florence to offer tour experiences that are fun, educational and authentic.
