A team of approximately fifteen people run various tours, experiences, and cooking classes under the name Slow Lake Como - where one can truly live slow and savor the present moment.
Long ago, during their high school years, Daniele and Davide first met. Their friendship grew over time through shared experiences such as punk rock concerts, walks in the woods, and extended dinners. Despite their different paths - with Davide pursuing a Philosophy degree and a career in HR, while Daniele traveled the world working in international resorts - their bond remained strong thanks to their mutual love for mountains and good food. During one of their typical lunches in 2016, Davide expressed his frustration at tourists who only saw the surface of Como's downtown area without experiencing its true beauty and traditions. This sparked the initial idea for Slow Lake Como. They began working on creating unique activities to help curious individuals discover what makes Lake Como truly special (besides George Clooney's villa). Along the way, Sara joined them as a young and talented marketing strategist focused on sustainable tourism, ultimately becoming an integral part of the team. Only four months later, they organized their first tour in the footsteps of Lake Como's infamous smugglers.
