It all started in 2008 when Ciao Florence tour operator inaugurated its small offices located just outside the historic center of Florence, headed by the young son of the Giotto Bus owner, Marco Del Rio. In just 10 years, the small offices have moved to the second floor of a prestigious historic Florentine building, a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. What once started as a few employees has now become a Professional Multiligual staff made up of over 40 travel professionals with previous experience in the field of hospitality and tourism.
