About
In the heart of Genoa lies twelve distinct homes, housed within a 16th century building.
Adorned with centuries-old frescoes, some of these homes offer a unique glimpse into 18th century art. Perfectly situated near the Old Port, the Aquarium, the Cathedral, and other prominent landmarks such as Palazzo Ducale and Carlo Felice Theater, these homes serve as an ideal starting point for exploring the historic center on foot or reaching nearby museums, theaters, and business areas quickly. The history of this grand establishment is intertwined with that of Genoa itself. Known as Palazzo Durazzo, it stands proud as one of the most significant Rolli palaces selected by the Maggior Consiglio in 1576 during the prosperous "Siglo de Los Genoveses" era to accommodate distinguished guests of the Republic.
