The project of build a golf course in Valtènesi, a few kilometers from lower Lake Garda, originated in 1984 from an intuition of Riccardo Pisa and Giorgio Simonini, capable and courageous entrepreneurs who understood the potential of combining an initiative sports and an ambitious real estate development plan.
