The "Laboratorio Italiano Rivareno," also known as the Rivareno Italian Gelato Lab, aims to provide its patrons with an authentic Italian sensory experience.
The genuineness of their ice cream stems from their Italian roots. With the intention of providing premium, fresh, and authentic Italian gelato, Rivareno opened its first gelato shop in Milan, Italy, in 2005. This was the result of passion, inventiveness, dedication, and perseverance.
Their daily production of ultra-fresh Italian icecream follows traditional recipes, which they respect, but also continuously look for new ones. Because of this, their gelato production lab is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of authenticity, freshness, and quality.
