Augusto Ciarapica's passion for ice cream began at a young age when he started working at an ice cream dairy in Genoa. Determined and hardworking, he learned the tricks of the trade from his boss and honed his skills. In 1962, his hard work paid off and he opened his own shop on Via Montevideo.
