La Bottega del Gelato is the oldest ice cream shop in Pisa. It was founded in 1979 and since 1993 it has always been managed by the Giaquinto family.
The ice creams are made with care and according to Italian traditions. They choose the ingredients carefully, with fat free, low sugar content and 100% natural ingredient with no additive preservatives or colors.
