The owner's love of ginger root is where "Ginger Cocktail Lab" originates. He enjoys the pop of spice that it adds to his kitchen's recipes and cocktails. The Ginger Cocktail Lab's location on the Naviglio Pavese is not by accident. It lives a double life, much like the Naviglio, being very quiet in the early afternoon and then exploding with color, scent, and flavor in the evening. He likes to get to know his customers, even those who come occasionally.
For him, everyone has his/her own story and has different tastes to satisfy. By talking and getting to know the people who frequent Ginger, he can study new cocktails and new recipes. The suggestions gave him a lot of ideas to work on.
