Founded in Bergamo in 2015, the Barrier project set out to introduce an international mixology flair to the city.
From timeless classics to innovative twists, their aim has always been to elevate the local scene. Their approach is rooted in research, experimentation, and hospitality, which have made them a prominent fixture in the world of mixology both in Bergamo and across Italy. After an incredible seven-year journey, they are delighted to announce that in June 2023, Barrier will be making a bold move to establish itself in the vibrant heart of the city with a spacious and inviting new space.
