The Botanical Club is the first Italian Micro Distillery of Gin.
It's Davide and Alessandro who are breaking a new ground in the Italian market. They were both avid drinkers, but their only exposure to gin before this endeavor was as professionals. However, they developed a passionate and intuitive understanding of how to produce their own gin. After selecting the botanicals through several trials and batches, they produced an extremely intriguing gin. The 150-liter still that takes center stage in the bar is called The Big Charlie, and it goes by the name "Spleen and Ideal." Every day they strive to craft a singular experience where the newest culinary trends coexist harmoniously with the Spirits' latest wave.
