Maltus Faber is an independent microbrewery that takes pride in crafting high-quality, unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. Their beers are always fresh and "alive" thanks to their careful production methods and top fermentation process. They believe in allowing their beers to evolve and refine in taste, which is why they use refermentation in the bottle. This also gives their beers a shelf life of at least a year.
