In the scenic expanse between Nizza and Taglione valleys in Regione Dogliano, Agliano Terme, Edfil Brewery emerged in 2012. Conceived by Silvia Castagnero, Daniele Mori, and Giovanni Castagnero, it's nurtured by master brewer Gabriele Ormea. Edfil's beers are an ode to agriculture, crafted solely with on-site barley across two hectares of family-owned land. Utilizing top-notch ingredients like hemp, chestnut honey, and homegrown grape must, the beers are a blend of Belgian, Anglo-Saxon, and American inspirations. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and made with love in Piedmont, Edfil earned recognition, securing 3rd place in the Birra dell’Anno competition in 2018. Every step, from malting to bottling, is a testament to their dedication to craft and locality.
