This quaint pastry shop is situated in Venice and has been a family-run establishment since 1956.
Despite being a small team of three, they handle everything from production to packaging to shipping with care and dedication. Their traditional methods call for simple ingredients commonly found in households – fresh cow's milk, eggs, butter, lemon zest from the local greengrocer and apples for peeling and de-seeding.
All of their baked goods are made using Franco's prized mother yeast, without any added brewer's or chemical yeasts. Likewise, they do not use preservatives in any of their products. They take pride in creating their offerings in the most natural way possible and pour love into their business every single day.
