Stefano Pibi, Bakery Chef and engineer, has always been passionate about cooking, specifically leavened products such as breads, pizzas, viennoiseries, panettone, colomba and other large leavened goods.
Eventually, his love for the culinary arts became all-consuming and he made the brave decision to leave a high-ranking position in a telecommunications company to pursue his passion. In 2017, he fulfilled his dream by opening Lui Natural Bakery, a modern bakery located near Molo Ichnusa in Cagliari. With a keen eye for quality ingredients and modern baking techniques, Pibi's products stand out for their unique aromas, flavors and nutritional value.
