Founded in 2016, "Slow Bakery" brought the essence of America to Alghero, providing customers with a unique "stars and stripes" experience.
It exemplifies the fusion of American cuisine with the concept of slowness - not just in terms of food choices, but also in the use of high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. Come January 2022, "Slow Bakery" will bid farewell to its American restaurant format and embark on a new journey as a pastry shop and café.
