The experience gathered by Alessandro and Marta throughout the world, allowed them to open the doors of an ancient bakery: Panedellanno1000!
Until a few years ago, the Pizzeria in Via Tabarca belonged to Alessandro who, after years of experience, decided to dedicate himself to baking.
Alessandro also opened Eataly bakeries as far away as Rome. In the bakery on Via dei Mille you will even find an incredible nine-ton wood-fired oven, designed by Carola's father! And now from the mouth of this fiery monster come buratto bread, sensa, ironed bread, focaccia and many other baked goods.
