The Pascal Caffet signature is a family tale that began in 1979 when Pascal's parents, Lydie and Bernard Caffet, opened a "chocolate boutique" in Troyes' historic center to display their pralines and ganache creations. In 1983, Pascal Caffet took over the chocolate factory and used it as a platform to express his talent and follow his passion.

Maison Caffet, which is always conducting research and development, nurtures its creativity around products that are elegant, tasteful, well-balanced, and made from carefully chosen raw materials. Luxurious chocolates and candies are offered in seasonal assortments, and its pastries, macaroons, and biscuits showcase their delectable flavors.
